Initiating a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
Refunds (Store Credit)

If approved, your refund will be processed in the form of store credit, which will be issued to your secretsextoys.store account. Please allow 5-7 business days for the store credit to be processed and applied after your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

For damaged items, please provide photographic evidence. In such cases, secretsextoys.store will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or store credit.
